With a family portrait, Gauri Khan announces her first book, "My Life in Design"

Gauri Khan, an interior designer, announced on Instagram that her upcoming coffee table book, My Life in Design, will mark her writing debut. Shah Rukh Khan, her actor-husband, and their three children, AbRam, Aryan, and Suhana, are all shown in the family photo that Khan used to make the announcement. In the most recent image, the Khan family was matched in all-black clothing.

The renowned publishing house Penguin India will release her future book.  “Family is what makes a home… Excited for the @penguinindia coffee table book… coming soon,” she captioned the post.

Among other celebrities, Khan has designed the homes of Manish Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor.

Shweta Bachchan, Amrita Arora, Maheep Kapoor, and Manish Malhotra were among the celebrities who quickly commented on the photo with red heart emoticons. Neelam Kothari, an actress and close friend, left a comment as well, writing, "Gorgeous picture!"

Khan recently opened up about her book in an interview with Vogue where she said,  “From the library in which Shah Rukh spends the majority of his day to the family’s favourite spot for catching up after work, the book offers an intimate glimpse into the life of the storied Khans.”

Khan also disclosed that their well-known Bandra home, Mannat, will be featured in a large number of the "unseen images" in the coffee table book.
